You will discern your personal goals within the organization; navigate barriers; learn how to communicate your contributions to the bottom line; position yourself for promotion and other rewards. For those who are approaching or have entered the time of “second life” and desire fulfillment in a paid position, a volunteer role, or as the founder of their own business
Clients will receive both self and coach-led assessments tailored to their defined and unique encore career goals, including a skills inventory, determination of values, values, life style vision, personality type, communicaitons style, interests, work-life priorities, prior career reconnaissance. Assessment results can determine if you have an inclination toward being an employee, a volunteer, or being self-employed. Our work together will lead you to explore your possibilities, and a decision process for the change. You will then have the option to follow the process of the Career Hunter and implement the 5 phases of the job search or to develop your self-employment game plan.
