Assessment results can determine if you have an inclination toward being an employee working in an organization or being self-employed. Our work together will examine translation of your skills into economically viable work and the strategies to find your highest and best expression of yourself within your new career.

For people who want to acquire new knowledge, skills, behaviors, belief systems to prepare for a job move; self-marketing for a new position – 5 phases of job search

Clients will receive both self and coach-led assessments tailored to their defined and unique career goals, including areas of excellence, values, dependable strengths, communications style, drive, personality type, emotional intelligence, and work-life priorities, You can apply what you learn from these assessments to the 5 phases of a job search, and to the development of a detailed and specific game plan in your transition to a new position. Personal/career branding; social media marketing; career portfolio development are available options.

Career Conqueror

For those who are employed and want to successfully manage their role within the organization, to assure they provide bottom-line value, propel career to growth and promotion

Clients will receive both self and coach-led assessments tailored to their defined and unique career goals, including transferable skills, values, vision, dependable strengths, personality type, communications style, drive, emotional intelligence, fulfillment goals, work-life priorities. You will discern your personal goals within the organization; navigate barriers; learn how to communicate your contributions to the bottom line; position yourself for promotion and other rewards. Personal/career branding is an available option.

Encore Career Seeker

For those who are approaching or have entered the time of “second life” and desire fulfillment in a paid position, a volunteer role, or as the founder of their own business

Clients will receive both self and coach-led assessments tailored to their defined and unique encore career goals, including a skills inventory, determination of values, values, life style vision, personality type, communicaitons style, interests, work-life priorities, prior career reconnaissance. Assessment results can determine if you have an inclination toward being an employee, a volunteer, or being self-employed. Our work together will lead you to explore your possibilities, and a decision process for the change. You will then have the option to follow the process of the Career Hunter and implement the 5 phases of the job search or to develop your self-employment game plan.
