Coaching
Why Do People Hire a Coach?
A great analogy is when people hire a personal trainer to help them achieve their fitness goals faster and with better results than working on their own. People hire coach when they are ready to make a significant change in their career and they want to connect with someone that believes in them, their strengths and their potential. The personal trainer doesn’t do the work for you, they educate, guide and motivate you. The same process applies with a coach.
